What is the 30 Day New Product Return Policy?
Carblinds™ new products are returnable for a full refund (refund excludes shipping) within 30 days of the purchase date. New Products are considered to be returnable if they are in original packaging with no visible signs of usage. Refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product in the form of the original payment. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
What is the Parts and Service Warranty?
12 Month Parts and Service Warranty: Cartblinds™ will replace or repair any manufacturer’s defects found in any unit within the first year of use. A conversation with our customer service department will determine whether your unit qualifies for a repair, replacement part or a full replacement. Carblinds™ will cover shipping costs if repair or replacement is found to be a manufacturer’s defect. Any returned unit with damage found to be caused by the purchaser’s actions outside of the normal use conditions may be repaired at a cost to the purchaser which will include all shipping.
What is the Wheel Warranty?
Wheel Warranty: The wheels on each Cartblinds™ unit are accompanied by a life-time warranty from all normal use issues surrounding the bearings and rubber seal to the rim.
What are the normal use conditions?
Our product has been thoroughly tested by independent hunters and guides, based on those findings, Ducks and Bucks defines normal use conditions as the following:
- Cart speeds should not exceed 5 mph
- Bearing load should not exceed 400lbs on land
- 200lbs on water
- Cart is not designed to hold people or pets
- Cart is not intended to be fully submerged under water
- Cart is not intended to be stood on
When will my product ship?
Once the order is confirmed a shipping confirmation will be provided to you via email within 24 hours. Normal ground shipping is 2-5 days to a Resident or Business within the continental USA.
